John Hurley
President
John Hurley has been in the technical staffing industry for over 30 years. John’s core strengths are business development, client/staff management, training and recruiting. John began his recruiting career at Additional Technical Support Incorporated (now ENTEGEE) for his first 13.5 years and held roles as intern, technical recruiter, senior technical recruiter, recruiting manager, account manager and finishing as one of their Vice Presidents. After ENTEGEE, John joined Advanced Technology Innovation Corp for 8 and a half years. At Advanced Technology, John was hired as a Senior Account Executive and was promoted to Division Manager and managed over 30 employees and managed over $35 million in sales. In 2016, John left Advanced Technology to begin the planning of starting Colonial Staffing Group Inc. On September 5th, 2017 Colonial Staffing Group emerged and John acts as CSG's President and Co-Owner.
Jason Hatch
CEO
Jason Hatch has worked in the technical staffing industry for over 28 years. His core strengths are business development, client/staff management, training and recruiting. He worked for ENTEGEE for over 20 years and started out as an intern. He continued to advance through the company working as a senior technical recruiter, recruiting manager, account manager, division manager and Vice President. In 2004 he was awarded his own division. He built this new division from the ground by cultivating his own staff of recruiters and account managers. Jason left ENTEGEE in 2017 and joined Colonial Staffing Group as CEO and Co-Owner in 2018.
Rich Norton
Director of Recruiting Operations
Rich Norton has worked in the temporary staffing industry for over 27 years. Rich's core strengths are client management, staff training and management. Rich started his technical recruiting career with Additional Technical Support Incorporated (ATSI), a division of ENTEGEE in 1996. While at ATSI, Rich elected to join Advanced Technology which was a private start-up recruiting firm. Rich was hired as a senior Technical Recruiter but moved up the ranks very quickly and cemented his name in the industry as a fierce account manager. Rich catapulted Advanced Technology's growth by cultivating client relationships with multiple companies nationwide. Rich also has experience with division management and was fortunate to lead and develop a separate division of Advanced Technology, named Pantheon. At Pantheon, Rich was given sole responsibility to develop new business, train new staff members and grow a sales number based on his vision. Rich left Advanced Technology in 2016 and joined Colonial Staffing Group as Vice President on September 5th 2017.
